Job description

Our client is a familyowned Perthbased commercial and property development company with over 35 years of experience delivering highquality, designled projects, offering integrated inhouse design, engineering, planning, and construction services that prioritise client vision, budget, and timeline.

They are now seeking a highly organised Compliance Support Officer to join their growing remote team

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and interpret standards and specifications related to Australian compliance requirements
  • Manage and structure digital files and reports
  • Prepare, update, and maintain regulatory documents and supplier files
  • Use Microsoft Excel and other smart tools to streamline and support compliance workflows
  • Collaborate with related businesses and assist with ad hoc compliance admin when needed
    • Requirements

      • Fluent in both Mandarin and English – written and spoken
      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other documentation tools
      • Detailoriented, analytical, and organised
      • Experience with importexport documentation, trade compliance, or regulatory roles
      • Familiarity with project tracking or document management tools is highly regarded
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple streams of work
