We’re looking for a strategic and creative Content & Growth Marketer to help us build a strong online presence, position our brand as a thought leader, and drive measurable business growth.

What You'll Do:

As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll be a key player in driving our acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue goals. You'll work across the entire customer lifecycle, constantly testing, learning, and optimizing. Your responsibilities will include:

Thought Leadership & Community Engagement
  • Position the company and our team as experts in the AI and tech space through owned and earned content.
  • Identify speaking or publication opportunities and contribute to industry conversations.
  • Build and engage a community of followers, clients, and potential partners on social and professional platforms.
Content Strategy & Brand Building
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that builds brand awareness, showcases our expertise, and educates our target audience.
  • Create and manage a content calendar covering thought leadership articles, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (vertical leads, sales, tech teams) to extract insights and turn them into compelling stories.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand voice, tone, and positioning.
  • Organising and coordinating events when necessary. This can be local events or in locations across the globe where we have locations.
  • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
Growth Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Plan and execute growth initiatives to attract and convert B2B leads (e.g. via LinkedIn, email campaigns, partnerships, content distribution).
  • Identify and test new channels or tactics to drive qualified traffic and leads.
  • Collaborate with sales to align marketing activities with pipeline generation goals.
  • Track and report on KPIs for content performance and lead generation (traffic, conversions, engagement, etc.).
Analyze Performance
  • Dive deep into marketing data to track KPIs, identify trends, generate actionable insights, and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives. 
  • Leverage AI-powered analytics tools where applicable.
Automation & Tools
  • Utilize and optimize marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technology to streamline workflows, personalize communications, and scale efforts.

What You'll Bring:
  • 8+ years of experience in a Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS, IT consulting, or technology company.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pipedrive, CRM dashboards, etc).
  • Proven track record of designing, executing, and analyzing marketing experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
  • Solid understanding and practical experience across various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid advertising).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
