We are currently looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Data team and help shape the future of our product development. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our Product Director and Product Managers, turning data into insights that directly influence product decisions. You’ll play a key part in defining metrics, leading analysis, and uncovering opportunities to improve user experience and business outcomes.

Daily activities:

  • Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Product Director to align strategies, establish product metrics and shape product decisions based on data-driven insights.
  • Utilizing advanced SQL and Python skills along with BI tools to transform raw data into valuable outcomes.
  • Driving experimentation using a variety of techniques and conducting rigorous statistical analyses to enhance product performance and user experience.
  • Leading key initiatives and projects play a pivotal role in shaping the products’ evolution and success.
  • Collaborating with software engineers and data engineers to ensure proper data tracking and modelling of the data.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering their growth and expertise within the team.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, software engineers, product managers, and designers, to elevate the product to the next level through data-driven insights and recommendations.


Requirements
  • Proven track of record with minimum 5 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or business intelligence roles, demonstrating expertise in extracting insights from data in SaaS. 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working closely with Product Managers in a data-driven capacity, including conducting experiments.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (PySpark is a big plus) or R,  BI tools (PowerBI is a plus) enabling efficient data manipulation and analysis to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Proven experience in establishing meaningful metrics for product evaluation.
  • Understanding of statistics foundations, allowing for accurate interpretation and quantitative validation of product hypotheses, leveraging methodological best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • ​Demonstrated openness to adopting and learning new tools, technologies, and analytical techniques in the ever-evolving Data & Analytics landscape.
  • Proficiency in Polish at C1 and English at a minimum B2 level (both spoken and written).

Recruitment process:

  • Intro call with the Recruiter ( up to 40 minutes)
  • Technical interview (60 minutes)
  • Role fit interview with Hiring Manager(60 minutes).
