What you’ll do

As Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers across Scandinavia in the rigid and flexible packaging space, including trays. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver on commercial goals.

 

You’ll:

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

  • Develop sales strategies that drive performance and market share.

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.

  • Use data to forecast trends, monitor progress, and support key decisions.

  • Lead specific commercial projects, ensuring strong delivery and stakeholder alignment.

  • Contribute to market intelligence and insights to fuel long-term growth.

 
What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience in sales within the food packaging industry — this is essential.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a track record of delivering results.

  • Great relationship-building skills and the ability to influence across functions.

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, and confidence in using tools like Excel and Outlook.
