Strategic HR Management & Business Partnering
Take ownership of selected strategic HR topics during the parental leave cover
Act as a sparring partner for our leaders on all HR-related matters
Provide proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative support at eye level

Optimization of HR processes

HR Analytics & Reporting
Enhance regular HR reporting together with the HR team
Develop new data-driven analyses and expand AI functionalities
Analyze relevant people data (e.g. engagement surveys, turnover, performance)
Derive strategic recommendations based on key insights

Several years of experience in strategic HR management, HR business partnering, and ideally in HR analytics
Ability to interpret, leverage, and communicate people data—while keeping a human-centered approach
Passion for People & Culture, modern organizational development, and forward-thinking HR work
Proven track record in implementing projects related to employee retention, feedback systems, process optimization, and data analysis
Self-driven and structured working style combined with an empathetic and professional demeanor
Initial experience in driving AI initiatives within the HR field
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
