In this role, you'll be leading the Sales team that is instrumental in identifying, engaging, and converting potential
customers into thriving Printify merchants. You'll build strong relationships, understand their
business needs, and demonstrate how Printify can be the solution to their e-commerce goals.
Your focus will be on proactive outreach, presenting compelling solutions, and closing deals to expand our merchant base.
Responsibilities
● Develop and implement market strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
● Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential
customers and partners in the Vietnamese market.
● Drive customer acquisition by converting leads into active, paying Printify merchants.
● Present, promote, and sell Printify products and services using strong arguments to
prospective customers.
● Coach and mentor other sales team members to enhance their performance and
contribute to overall team success.
● Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
● Understand prospective merchants' business models and challenges, and articulate how Printify can provide value.
● Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed sales targets.
● Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
● Build and maintain data dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales performance.
● Collaborate with the Merchant Success team to ensure a smooth handover and successful onboarding of new merchants.
● Stay informed about e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to effectively position Printify.
● Lead activities that increase Printify’s presence amongst Vietnamese merchants.
Requirements
● 3+ years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role focused on new customer acquisition.
● Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Passion for technology and e-commerce.
● Experience in the software and/or technology industry, and/or Print on Demand industry is a plus.
● Experience using analytics and business intelligence tools such as Looker or BI is a plus/ability to build effective data dashboards to monitor and improve KPIs is essential.
● Experience with CRM software is required.
