About the role:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal part in a fast-paced in-house agency, running the day-to-day, growth, and development.

The role of Project Manager is to ensure projects are prioritized, scoped, assigned, kicked off, and delivered on time. Under the direction of the Account Director and Senior Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects and be involved in all phases of the creative development process including design, copywriting, production, and final handoff. You must ensure all projects are on-track, properly resourced, and the work is done in an effective and efficient manner. You will also partner closely with clients and creative leadership to ensure brief questions are answered, timelines are aligned, and expectations are met. The successful candidate will become a brand guardian to ensure the highest quality and consistency for our client. This role will work on a range of materials including POS, email, digital, print, and paid media assets and requires a keen eye for the following:

  • Following Brand Guidelines
  • Grammar, spelling, syntax
  • Consistency of messaging
  • Ensuring all necessary elements of client requirements
  • Trademarks/logos/addresses/store hours/dates are correctly applied

What you will be doing:

  • Lead projects through our workflow and meet all deadlines, ensuring expected timelines and milestones are clearly adhered to.
  • Create brief, kick off and manage projects, lead communication, and escalate issues to stakeholders.
  • Monitor team effort, bandwidth, and work with team leads to ensure proper resourcing for high priority projects.
  • Preflight new projects for multiple lines of business to ensure required assets and information are provided before moving to team assignment.
  • Perform quality control, which includes but is not limited to ensuring the following:
    • All final deliverables are of perfect quality for delivery
    • All files adhere to outlined naming conventions
    • All files pass control specifications set by Client for the specifications set by the publication/printer 
    • Review all necessary elements of client requirements to ensure accuracy
    • All files meet brand guidelines

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 3+ years project management experience with design studio, creative department, or advertising agency
  • Experience with workflow/project management and DAM platforms
  • Must be proficient in English and able to communicate seamlessly with clients and internal team members
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Word, Power Point, Excel;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude
  • Proven teamwork skills and flexibility and a healthy disrespect for the impossible
  • Skill in process creation, project management, evaluation, and adjustment
  • Able to see other people's point of view and receive criticism
  • Coordinating work with Off-Shore team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and pivot as necessary
  • Adobe Creative Cloud and DAM platforms (Plus)
