Your Role in Our Mission:

  • Customer Support & Membership Management – Deliver high-quality assistance via live chat, email, and phone—primarily in Dutch. You’ll also use translation tools to support customers in additional markets such as Germany, Spain, Italy, France, the UK, and Poland.
  • Retention & Relationship Building – Engage directly with at-risk customers to improve their experience, address concerns, and encourage continued use of GoStudent’s services.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with your international colleagues to develop customer-focused solutions for the Dutch market.
  • Objection Handling & Solution Creation – Confidently manage objections and offer personalized, strategic solutions that prioritize long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordination & Problem Solving – Handle urgent requests such as tutor search, session bookings, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth and timely resolution.
  • Liaison: Act as the bridge between our Customer Care team and our network of tutors to ensure smooth coordination and top-notch service.
  • Session Coordination: Help organize and manage tutoring sessions, ensuring seamless execution for students and families across GoStudent Universe.

What will you bring:

  • Customer Service Experience: 2-5 years in the Customer Care field or inbound call center customer service department. Experience in translation or education is a plus.
  • Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) – You can communicate naturally and effectively with Dutch-speaking customers. Additional languages (English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Polish, or Greek at B2 level or higher) are a major plus.
  • Tech Savvy – Comfortable using CRM systems and translation tools. You adapt quickly to new technologies and software.
  • Strong Communication & Customer Focus – You understand customer needs quickly, communicate clearly, and approach every situation with empathy and professionalism.
  • Organization & Initiative – You work in a structured way, take ownership of tasks, contribute proactively, and remain calm even under pressure.
  • All-Rounder: Enthusiastic about our product, capable of quickly learning necessary hard facts, and excels in authenticity, customer orientation, and service.
