Insights Analyst

🎯 Your role as Insights Analyst
 
You will report to the Senior Director Global Insights and support the Market & Competitive Intelligence team. Your job is to analyze market, consumer, and competitor data to help us understand trends and support smart business decisions.
You will work with teams across Consumer Insights, Category Management, and Marketing.
 
📌 Main Responsibilities:
 
  • Collect and organize market data from internal and external sources (NIQ, IQVIA, Euromonitor, Mintel, etc.)
  • Analyze market, category, and competitor data to identify trends
  • Monitor industry news, reports, and vendor information
  • Create and update databases and dashboards
  • Prepare reports and presentations with insights and recommendations
  • Maintain internal repositories (BI Systems, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Build strong relationships with external market data vendors
 
👤 Who we’re looking for:
 
  • 1–3 years of experience in market data or insights analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics or similar
  • Experience with NIQ, Euromonitor, SQL, Excel, SPSS is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a love for data
  • Fluent in English (required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work in multicultural, international teams
  • Curious, motivated, and proactive
