Job description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on the design and development of resilient VoIP and SIP-based systems for emergency communications, working REMOTELY from anywhere in LATAM. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on public safety while collaborating with a mission-driven and highly talented team.

Requirements

7+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years focused on VoIP/SIP.
Proven experience developing VoIP, SIP, and Real-Time Communication services.
Proficiency in Python, or willingness to learn. Experience with Go or C/C++ is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Linux-based environments and network protocols.
Familiarity with tools like Wireshark, SIPp, libpcap, and BSD socket programming.
Experience scaling solutions with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Experience building or integrating AI-driven solutions is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Highly self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Advanced English.
