Job Brief

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and communication support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage schedules, handle emails, and support digital tasks across various platforms.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Manage emails, respond to inquiries, and prioritize messages.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Organize files and manage digital documents using cloud-based tools.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and summarize findings as needed.
  • Assist with social media content scheduling and basic engagement tasks.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other administrative documents.
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and team members professionally and promptly.
  • Manage online tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, Trello).
  • Handle data entry, order processing, and other routine admin tasks.
  • Provide support for project coordination and follow-up on deliverables.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Slack, Trello, Canva, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting executives or remote teams.
  • Previous work in a customer support or marketing role is a plus.
