Job Brief
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and communication support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage schedules, handle emails, and support digital tasks across various platforms.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage emails, respond to inquiries, and prioritize messages.
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Organize files and manage digital documents using cloud-based tools.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and summarize findings as needed.
- Assist with social media content scheduling and basic engagement tasks.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and team members professionally and promptly.
- Manage online tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Canva, Trello).
- Handle data entry, order processing, and other routine admin tasks.
- Provide support for project coordination and follow-up on deliverables.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Slack, Trello, Canva, and social media platforms.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience supporting executives or remote teams.
- Previous work in a customer support or marketing role is a plus.
