Manager, Partner Relations

Remote- North

Job Summary:

Manage, coach, lead, and develop Partner Relations department in managing and building relationships, providing services, resolving complex issues, and providing solutions to Sales Partners with the goal of growing revenue and production. 

What you'll do:

  • Seek to drive profitability and Merchant acquisition through building and managing Sales Partner relationships.
  • Hire, manage, train, develop, coach, and inspire team.
  • Develop new and innovative independent sales compensation and incentive programs to align with the desired business outcomes.
  • Create and execute key priorities to accelerate growth and efficiency.
  • Create roadmap for employee goals, service level requirements, engagement, development, and performance expectations.
  • Create department dashboards.
  • Develop and train staff on processes, tools, and products.
  • Serves as escalation for Partner Relations issues.
  • Keep abreast of, and communicate specific changes to Sales Partner procedures and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve Sales Partner issues.
  • Investigate and determine root cause of issues and suggest solutions for improvement.
  • Communicate trending Sales Partner issues to leadership.

What we need from you:

  • Experience leading and managing teams
  • Strong working knowledge of Merchant Services / payments industry

Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000 

Pay within this range varies by work location and on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We look forward to discussing your salary expectations and our full total rewards offerings throughout the interview process.
