About the role:

We’re looking for an Enablement Director to drive sales training and enablement initiatives to ensure Sales and Account Management teams are equipped with the right messaging, tools, and processes to drive revenue and customer success. This role reports to the Vice President of Commercial Operations.

This position is fully remote.

What you will do:
  • Lead comprehensive enablement, change-management, and ever-boarding programs for Sales and Account Management teams designed to minimize harmful disruption while driving the organizations forward
  • Develop change management, rollout, training, and certification / QA programs for new initiatives including product launches, new tool introduction, and other strategic priorities
  • Manage onboarding for Sales and Account Management teams end-to-end including pre-recorded content, live education sessions, and live certification
  • Collaborate with Sales / Account Management leadership, marketing, product, and operations teams to align on the design and rollout of training programs related to messaging, workflows, and tools
  • Manage content and collateral across the LMS, Google Drive, and other repositories
  • Define and track KPIs related to the effectiveness and impact of enablement initiatives such as rep ramp time and individual win rates in the context of the broader business objectives
What you will bring to the team:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or similar GTM enablement / training function at a large organization OR 5+ years related experience in management consulting
  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales or account management role with a track record of success
  • Knowledge of B2B Sales required
  • Experience in health insurance strongly preferred
  • Bachelors degree required, Masters or other advanced degrees a plus 
  • Willingness to dive in and solve problems in ambiguous or murky situations with a focus on simplification and clarity
  • Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
  • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment 
  • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Garner does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
Compensation Transparency:

The base salary range for this position is $228,000 - $252,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
