You're a proven enterprise sales leader who knows how to build maturity and momentum into a team by leading from the front. You roll up your sleeves, set a high bar, coach with both empathy and urgency, and create structure, process and playbooks that unlock performance and results. You bring high EQ, high standards, and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in complex, multithreaded deals.
You’ll be stepping into a team with strong potential and early traction, but that has room to grow in terms of process, consistency and enterprise rigor. Working closely with our founders and other senior leaders, you’ll guide our evolution into the true enterprise space by bringing structure, trust and intensity to a team that’s ready to level up. And, you’ll grow that team, too.
You’ll take the lead on building Spot AI’s enterprise sales motion, refining what's in place, filling in the gaps, and creating the structure needed to scale. We’re seeing strong pull from large customers who recognize the value our platform delivers across complex operations. Now we need a leader who can help us meet that demand with discipline, energy, and a culture of winning.
This role is equal parts builder, coach, and operator. You’ll work closely with a growing team of AEs to bring consistency to how we prospect, qualify, and close enterprise deals while influencing everything from GTM strategy to cross-functional alignment.
