WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Lead With Expertise                                                                                                                                 Own channel strategy and execution for paid search and shopping campaigns across platforms like Google and Microsoft Ads. Bonus if you bring fluency in Meta and other paid social/digital platforms.

Manage and Mentor                                                                                                                                 Guide a team of Associates and Specialists through example, leading with integrity, encouraging curiosity, and fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

Deliver Excellence                                                                                                                                   Ensure high-quality, high-velocity execution across campaigns. Set clear expectations, support team growth, and celebrate progress.

Drive Growth                                                                                                                
Recommend strategic optimizations, from campaign structure to copy testing to bid and attribution models, to help clients achieve and exceed performance goals.

Think Bigger                                                                                                                                             Identify new growth opportunities, including cross-channel expansion and upsell strategies. Do the right thing for the business, even if it leads to budget shifting elsewhere in the plan.

Be Data-Driven                                                                                                                                          Compile and analyze campaign data with accuracy and clarity to inform recommendations and uncover performance opportunities.

Solve Creatively                                                                                                                                       Tackle complex challenges head-on and help others do the same by promoting an environment that values creative thinking and experimentation.

Build Strong Partnerships                                                                                                                       Own client relationships for SMBs and serve as the go-to channel expert for enterprise clients. Communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy at every level.

Work Autonomously                                                                                                                                Operate with confidence and independence while partnering with senior leadership on larger strategic initiatives.

Optimize Feeds                                                                                                                                        Lead product feed management and optimization efforts to improve Shopping and Performance Max outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search and Shopping campaigns (Google, Microsoft Ads). Meta and other paid social/digital platforms experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading client relationships and guiding internal teams with transparency and trust.
  • Deep knowledge of paid media best practices, from campaign builds to testing strategies to measurement frameworks.
  • A strong analytical mindset with a working knowledge of probability and statistics. You use data to inform decisions, not overwhelm them
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and make complex ideas feel simple.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset, you’re comfortable with ambiguity and confident navigating change.
  • Strong Excel chops. You’re fluent in manipulating large datasets and translating them into strategic actions.
  • Experience managing people and providing quality assurance of team output.
  • A collaborative spirit. You work well across functions and are eager to share, test, and scale ideas.
  • A 4-year degree or equivalent professional experience.

Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000
The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
