We’re a 7-figure PR firm on the path to 8, and we get 15–20 warm leads every day through Instagram DMs. We’re looking for someone obsessed with sales and human connection to turn those leads into paying clients.

Your Role:

Handle incoming Instagram DMs, story replies, comments & leads
Qualify prospects and close them via DM or hop on a quick call/video
Manage real-time conversations — use emojis, tone, and charm like a real human
Follow up relentlessly – no hot lead left behind
Record & track conversions, feedback, and opportunities to improve the system
Contribute to new strategies – we value action takers, not script repeaters

Requirements
