Usingtechnics and styles particular for the needsofeach project, theyaimtoanimatecharacters and backgroundsthatplayers will findbelievable and immersive.

  • Profile Preselection:Our Talent Acquisition team will review your profile to ensure it aligns with our requirements and values
  • Talent Acquisition Interview:Selected candidates will undergo an initial interview to discuss about their experience, skills, and fit for the role.

The Quest:
  • Character and ObjectAnimation: Createhigh-quality, believable and vivid 3D animationsforin-gamecharacters, creatures, and objects, includingbutnotlimitedtowalking, running, jumping, talking, and interactionanimations.
  • Rigging: Workcloselywithmodelerstocreateefficient, animator-friendlyrigsthatallowfor a widerangeofmovements and expressions, ensuringthattheanimations are realistic and technicallysound.
  • Motion Capture Editing: Utilize and editmotion capture data as required, refining and enhancingcapturedmovementstofitthegame'sstyle and characterpersonalities.
  • CollaborationwithDevelopmentTeam: Collaboratewithgamedesigners, artists, and programmerstoensurethatanimationsworkseamlesslywithinthegameenvironment, contributingtogameplay, narrative, and visual style.
  • AnimationIntegration: Workwiththetechnicalteamtointegrateanimationsintothegameengine, troubleshooting and adjusting as necessarytomaintain performance and visual quality.
  • Iterative Animation Process: Participate in reviews and be receptive tofeedback, makingnecessaryrevisionstoanimationstomeetqualitystandards and creative direction.
  • Efficient time management:Workefficientlytoachievetheestimated times foreachphase and punctuallymeetthedelivery date.
  • Teamwork:Collaborateand workcloselywithotherartiststobe a problemsolver and foreseeand communicateon time anyquality, technicalordeliveryissuethatmayaffecttheproject.
  • Puntuality:Presentyourprogressona daily basisand/orwhenrequestedandassistontimetoanymeeting, callorcommunicationrequest.
The Skills:
  • Strongfoundationalknowledge in animationprinciples, such as timing, weight, and facial expressions.
  • Full understandingofthetechnicalfoundationstomanageassetstofitmemory and performance considerations.
  • Deep understandingofcharacterriggingand skinningprinciples.
  • Keeneyefordetail and dedicationtodeliveringhigh-qualityworkundertightdeadlines.
  • Familiaritywithgameenginessuch as Unity orUnrealEngine.
  • High degreeofself-direction, butalso agreatteam-playerwith a strong verbal and writtencommunication, willingtoseekhelp and feedbackfromothers and giveit in return. Beingextremely proactive and open todirection and iteration.
  • Strongproblem-solvingabilities and a proactive approachtoaddressingtechnical and artisticchallenges in 3D assetcreation.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard pipelines, workflows and asset exporting process.
  • Quick learnerof new processes and software as needed.
  • 3-5yearsofexperience in thevideogameindustry and at least3creditedgame

Software Expertise

  • Maya, 3DS Max, blenderorequivalent Software.
  • UnrealEngine 5 and Unity
  • Zbrush
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • SubstancePainter
  • SubstanceDesigneris a plus.
