We are an HR Consultancy company located in Mosta currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our recruitment team. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fun working environment. This position also offers flexible working hours as well as the possibility of remote working.

What will you be doing?

Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
Work with clients to build and maintain relationships to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements
Attract candidates by advertising in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals
Screen and review applications, manage interviews and short-list candidates
Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities

What skills do you need?

Ability to think logically and creatively
Knowledge of the Internet
Able to communicate effectively, prioritise tasks and be highly organised
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively and professionally with colleagues, candidates and customers
