Job description

We are looking for skilled Plasterers to join our team for indoor plastering projects across the Netherlands - with accommodation included!

This position primarily involves applying gypsum plaster to walls and ceilings, creating smooth, paint-ready surfaces in line with Dutch industry standards. Occasionally, you will work with other materials, such as cement or cement-lime, depending on the project requirements, using both hand and machine plastering techniques. The role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities

Surface Preparation: Preparing interior walls and ceilings by cleaning, sanding, and priming surfaces to ensure a strong bond and smooth finish for plaster application.
Material Selection and Application: Choosing the appropriate type of plaster, primarily gypsum, with occasional use of cement or cement-lime, and applying it by hand or machine according to project requirements.
Smooth Finishing: Ensuring surfaces are finished to a high standard of smoothness, making them paint-ready, in line with Dutch industry expectations for interior plaster work.
Tool and Equipment Management: Managing and maintaining hand tools and plastering equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition for accurate and efficient work.
Independent and Team Work: Working independently on smaller tasks, while collaborating with team members as needed on larger projects to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety guidelines, using protective equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe environment on-site.
