Minimum 10 years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience, preferably in UC/VoIP projects., Experience with Cisco UC/UCCE, Webex Calling, and contact center platforms., Strong understanding of networking, security, cloud, virtualization, and collaboration technologies., Proficiency in project management software, financial analysis, and reporting tools..
Key responsibilities:
Lead UC/VoIP and contact center implementation projects from start to finish.
Define project scope, schedule, budgets, and deliverables.
Manage project financials and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain project documentation.
