WHO YOU ARE
The Senior Compensation Consultant is a high-energy, innovative individual with expertise in compensation strategy, job analysis, and HR program development. You’ll lead consulting engagements with a focus on:
- Pay Strategy
- Job Analysis
- External Market Evaluation
- Incentive Compensation Design
- Economic Modeling and Costing
- Salary Structure Development
EXPERIENCE
We’re looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive compensation consulting experience.
- Previous experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
- A strong track record of project management and delivering insights that support client needs.
- Broad knowledge of benefits and HR consulting services.
- Coaching and mentoring experience, both internally and externally.
- Experience developing executive and sales compensation plans.
CERTIFICATIONS
