Job description

This is a remote position.

The Digital Marketing Manager optimizes the companys marketing strategies and increases market share and competitiveness. This person assesses and prioritizes strategic opportunities, executes an ongoing set of traffic initiatives, analyzes the impacts of each marketing channel and program, and continually optimizes results. This person will create web and social media marketing campaigns to drive the integrating marketing communications strategy and ensure all creative content is inbrand and optimized for web search and social media marketing. This person liaises with management, marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure creative marketing alignment to business priorities. EVAs Digital Marketing Manager is a resultsdriven performance marketer with a strong record of achieving high growth. This person focuses on the big picture, the details, and the aesthetics to support the customer value proposition (CVP) and maintains a strong, visible corporate presence at business and community events to promote the companys CVP.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will report to the Director of Marketing and perform the daytoday management of digital advertising campaigns. In this role, you will be ambitious, datadriven and have at least 5+ years of demonstrated success managing the paidsearch and social digital marketing initiatives.

Our ideal candidate must have a background in digital marketing with applied experience in SEM, Display and Social advertising. Ideal candidates will have an insatiable curiosity and enthusiasm for digital marketing and can inspire excitement and curiosity throughout the team. Candidates must have 4+ years working knowledge and understanding of the digital marketing landscape, emerging trends, search and social media management. Senior Account Manager, Digital Marketing, must be a selfstarter, be proactive, can work independently on tasks, work well with a team, follow through on projects, delegate tasks effectively and build strong client relationships. Candidates must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About Your Responsibilities
  • Manage campaign strategy and execution for paid search and paid social platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads for lead generation.
      • Perform key daytoday activities such as keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimization, and competitor analysis.
          • Run and build reports on campaign results and deliver findings in a clear and clientfacing format
              • Daily and Weekly reporting and analysis of trend data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads among other platforms
                  • Balance daily and monthly account budgets
                      • Proactively research accounts and provide ongoing opportunities that align with client goals.
                          • Conduct QBRs and present on success and our value to stakeholders
                              • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers.
                                  • Manage goals and expectations in order to set realistic targets
                                      • Hold regularly scheduled meetings with marketing and management, providing performance updates and strategy discussions
                                          • Maintain uptodate knowledge on industry trends and stay informed on best practices in the search and social space
                                              • Verify and integrate conversion tracking, as needed, leveraging our tech implementation team wherever required
                                                  • Delegate responsibilities across a team to ensure client deliverables and deadlines are being met
                                                      • Collaborate with team members to ensure the strategy is executed effectively

                                                          Requirements

                                                          • 4+ years of experience promoting SaaS andor targeting associationsnonprofits.
                                                          • Ideal candidates will have a firm understanding of online marketing (search, display, social media, etc.) and an understanding of how it relates to the entire marketing landscape
                                                          • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or a similar attribution tool
                                                          • Excellent communication and organizational skills
                                                          • Experience with phonebased, consultative relationship management, with a regular cadence of communication with clients
                                                          • Strong analytical mindset, with a comfortability working with data sets within platforms and in excel
                                                          • Ability to delegate projects across multiple people and meet deadlines with the consistent quality of delivery
                                                          • A demonstrated history in client satisfaction
                                                          • Resourceful, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
