Estate Agent / Lister / Manager

£100k + (performance based)

Flexible working hours and uncapped earning potential - Harding Green offers property professionals the ability to launch their own business and work on a self-employed basis in their own part of town whilst combining a healthy work/life balance. Our agents get to keep from 60% and all the way up to 80% of the commission they generate, and it is not uncommon for an individual to earn £20,000 - £40,000+ in a single month.

Our consultants have the opportunity to sell or let each other’s instructions and have access to over three hundred pre-registered buying/relocation agents on our system. We typically engage agents with a minimum of 5-10 years' experience, however we will consider all candidates with a very strong property related background and minimum 3 years' experience in a branch manager/valuer/lister role.
