not be clearly allocated to a sub-stream
Support in negotiating and registering IT contracts
Support in performing internal outsourcing control checks and
regulator notifications

Job description
The external staff will support IT Management and IT Project
Management in

• Taking charge of specific project topics by assessing
current and target state, performing analysis,
elaborating a solution approach and ensuring the
implementation of approved measures with IT and
Business stakeholders
• Performing analysis work; this could range from
managing integrated software component inventories,
integrated contract inventories and integrated project
portfolios through the analysis of current and future
generic processes and tools like the local time tracking
tool
• Negotiating new or adapted IT contracts
• Performing internal outsourcing controls including
capturing of all relevant information and follow-up of
open issues
• Supporting the notification of local and European
regulators on outsourcing initiatives
