Our CTO Andres, who has been with us for nearly 6 years, will be your manager for this position. We can best describe him as a hands-on leader, with a passion for people, which shows in his team's high scores for employee satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:
- previous experience leading a software development team
- strong experience with back-end architecture and databases
- act as the technical point of contact for projects, collaborating closely with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical requirements, scope, and timelines
- provide leadership and mentorship to a team of developers or engineers
- experience with automated testing
- a problem-solving aptitude and a need to get things done
- experience or interest in either Ruby-on-Rails or Elixir (ideally both)
- fluency in English.
