This is a remote position.

We, IT Career Hub, are an international EdTech company dedicated to the development and training in the field of information technology.

The mission of IT Career Hub is to train adults to work in the field of information technology, to promote the individual development of each person and to help them find a new promising job.

We are currently looking for a Curator for our partner company “DWW Akademie”.

What you’ll be doing:

Onboarding new students;

Conducting introductory classes and regular meetings with the group;

Maintaining group chats;

Controlling payments;

Working on retainingreturning students;

Coordinating the group on issues of changes in the schedule;

Working with complaints and problems that arise during the learning process;

Issuing certificates;

Preparing and issuing necessary documents to students.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate has:

Experience with student support or customer support, sales for at least 1 year;

Understanding the principles of adult learning;

Native German and Fluent Russian;

Sense of humor, flexibility.
