You’ll be managing financial records across a diverse business portfolio, handling everything from real estate transactions to construction expenses, while working independently with minimal supervision.       Responsibilities
      • Manage comprehensive bookkeeping using QuickBooks across multiple business entities
      • Track and categorize expenses from various credit cards and payment systems
      • Handle specialized real estate accounting and propertyrelated financial tracking
      • Prepare detailed weekly reports summarizing completed work and financial status
      • Collaborate effectively with the business controller on financial coordination
      • Manage utility account operations including opening, closing, and expense tracking for properties
      • Maintain organized, accurate financial records across agriculture, construction, rental, and development businesses


        • Requirements
          • Proven expertise with QuickBooks software and bookkeeping best practices
          • Demonstrated bookkeeping experience with USbased clients
          • Previous experience collaborating with controllers or financial supervisors
          • Strong written and verbal communication skills for comprehensive reporting
          • Flexible schedule availability during standard business hours
          • Ability to manage financial records across multiple business entities simultaneously
          • Real estate accounting experience strongly preferred
          • Enthusiasm for role expansion and taking on additional responsibilities over time
          • Detailoriented approach with strong organizational skills
