Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client ,a company in the financial services industry, is seeking to hire an experienced External Interview Assessor to conduct virtual interviews and assessments for key strategic roles for our organization. The successful candidates will utilize their expertise to evaluate candidates, provide objective recommendations, and ensure the highestquality talent is identified using a psychologydriven approach by evaluating candidates based on behavioral, cognitive, and competency assessments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral interviews for finalstage candidates
  • Evaluate candidates using psychological techniques, behavioral questions, and competencybased assessments.
  • Assess candidates’ emotional intelligence, adaptability, communication skills, leadership potential, etc.
  • Collaborate with the internal hiring team to refine interview techniques and assessments for better candidate evaluation.
  • Stay updated on psychological testing methods and recruitment best practices to ensure accurate, fair evaluations.
  • Assess candidate fit based on company requirements, job descriptions, and cultural alignment.
  • Provide comprehensive, objective, and wellstructured assessment reports to Executive Management.
  • Evaluate candidate strengths, weaknesses, and growth potential.
  • Ensure fairness, consistency, and adherence to company values during the interview process.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information with discretion.


    • Requirements
      • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

      • Proven experience conducting behavioral interviews or psychological assessments, ideally in a corporate environment.
      • Availability to conduct virtual interviews within 2 days of receiving notice.
