Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Travel Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients and travel advisors with various support tasks related to bookings, itinerary management, customer service, and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys problemsolving in a fastpaced, clientfocused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional support to clients regarding bookings, travel updates, and general inquiries

  • Assist in managing and modifying reservations, including flights, hotels, cruises, and activities

  • Communicate with travel suppliers and vendors to resolve service issues and confirm arrangements

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation using internal systems and tools

  • Assist with invoicing, itinerary confirmations, and postbooking followup

  • Stay informed about industry changes, destination updates, and supplier procedures

  • Collaborate with travel advisors to ensure a seamless client experience

    • Qualifications:

      • Previous experience in customer service, travel coordination, or administrative support preferred

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills

      • High level of attention to detail and organizational ability

      • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment

      • Proficient in using booking tools, email platforms, and online systems

      • Must be 18 years or older with access to a computer and reliable internet

      • A genuine passion for helping others and a strong interest in the travel industry
