Lead Software Engineer (SaaS)

The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for fullcycle software development, including system architecture, design, development, and deployment. This role requires a proactive, problemsolving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and a passion for building scalable solutions.

The Work:

• Own the endtoend software development process, from architecture design to deployment and optimization.
  
• Design and develop scalable, highperformance software solutions to meet business needs.
  
• Build and manage public APIs, optimize databases, and ensure the efficiency of both frontend and backend systems.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Product, Customer Success) to integrate feedback and enhance the platform.
  
• Lead and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and DevOps processes.
  
• Manage cloud infrastructure and CICD pipelines to ensure system reliability and scalability.
  
• Continuously improve system security and monitoring to safeguard data and ensure high availability.
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, helping to establish best practices across the engineering team.
  

• What You’ve Already Done (Requirements):
  

  • 7+ years of experience in fullstack software development, preferably within the B2B SaaS space.
    
  • Proven experience building scalable, highperformance systems.
    
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, .NET, SQLNoSQL databases, and API development.
    
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and DevOps practices (CICD, monitoring, etc.).
    
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently in a fastpaced, startup environment.
    
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
    
  • Familiarity with AIpowered solutions is a bonus.
    
  • Previous experience in a startup or highgrowth environment is preferred.
    

  • Compensation:
    

    • Competitive salary: $150,000 $170,000
