Job description

Position Summary:

Access Corp is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Information Security to lead a global team of security professionals. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day security operations, driving key initiatives, and ensuring the protection of our digital assets across a distributed enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to help mature our security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primarily an Operational role, this role will assure day to day functions are followed.  The role will require some Strategic planning.
  • Lead and manage a global team of 8 security professionals, including team members based in the U.S. and India.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security tools, processes, and controls across the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering, compliance, and business units to ensure alignment of security initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage security incident response, investigations, and root cause analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in vulnerability management, identity and access management (IAM), and endpoint protection.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and others).
  • Develop and report on key security metrics and KPIs to senior leadership.
  • Support audits, risk assessments, and third-party security reviews.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Experience managing distributed teams across time zones.

Certifications (preferred):

  • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of security operations, threat detection, and incident response.
  • Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure), SIEM, EDR, and IAM tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Salary: 160,000-170,000 annually
