What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full roadmap and development of our fitout operation platform
  • Lead the product team: tech, UX, QA, and innovation
  • Turn messy ideas into clear specs, systems, and shipped features
  • Drive sprint rituals, tracking, and ontime execution
  • Oversee quality, automation integration, and system handover
  • Deliver a fullfeatured platform and ecosystem in under 6 months
  • Report directly to the CEO and help shape the company’s future


    • We’re Looking For:

      Must Have

      • 4+ years in product management within tech environments
      • Strong handson background as a fullstack developer
      • Proven track record of delivering complex platformbased products
      • Experience leading crossfunctional teams (product, tech, UX)
      • High ownership, clear communication, and sprint discipline
      • Analytical, organized, and comfortable with startup pace


        • Better to Have

          • Experience in proptech, SaaS, or construction tech
          • Exposure to AI, automation, and platform scalability
          • Worked closely with founders or in highgrowth startups
          • Familiarity with UX research and system prototyping
