In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our decisionmaking, using data to uncover opportunities, influence strategy, and solve problems across all areas of the business. You’ll be a trusted partner to our founders and senior leaders, helping them make confident, databacked decisions.
This isn’t just about reporting on what’s happened, it’s about anticipating what’s next. You’ll help shape the future of how we collect, manage, and leverage data, ensuring that every insight you deliver has a measurable impact.
We’re looking for someone who’s analytical yet creative, detailoriented yet bigpicture focused, someone who’s ready to make data the driving force behind everything we do.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with Senior Management to deliver and maintain reporting across key business functions (Customer Experience, Marketing, Sales, Product, Logistics, Finance, etc.).

- Gather and analyse reporting requirements to support strategic initiatives and datadriven decisionmaking.

- Support Founders with financial budgeting and forecasting models.

- Build and maintain data pipelines, including scripts, queries, and ETL flows to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Design and implement scalable data architecture and processes for collection, cleansing, storage, and transformation.

- Lead the development and maintenance of a centralised data warehouse aligned with evolving business needs.

- Deliver timely, accurate adhoc reports and insights to support operational and strategic goals.

- Present analytical findings through clear reports, presentations, and visualisations for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

- Ensure reporting solutions drive sustainable business growth and enhance customer experience.

Who You Are
- You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporate, consulting, or startup environments (bonus if you’ve worked in ecommerce).

- You’re a critical and strategic thinker, able to cut through complexity, synthesise large datasets, and communicate solutions clearly.

- You’re highly proficient in Power BI, SQL (complex queries, database setup & mapping), and Google SheetsExcel (advanced reporting).

- You have handson experience with cloudbased data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Azure.

- You’re skilled in data cleansing, integrating multiple datasets, and building reliable, structured data systems.

- You’re commercially minded and thrive in fastpaced, highgrowth environments where priorities can shift quickly.

- You’re processdriven, with a knack for clear documentation and training to support scalable workflows.

- You’re selfmotivated, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic startup setting.

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook data, and ERPs.

- Knowledge of REST APIs (GET, PUT, POST requests).

- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.

- Familiarity with visualisation tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Qlik).

- Experience with ETL tools (Talend, Stitch, MS SQL SSIS).
