Finance Controller

We are looking for experienced Finance Controller to join a highly professional team in iGaming domain.

As a Finance Controller you will be responsible for various parts of the financial function, forecasts and budgets, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and international audit and tax professionals.

  Responsibilities:

  
  

  Financial Accounting:

  • Manage the Nominal Ledger for each entity and at a consolidated level
  • Oversee period end rollup processes
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts and supervise those conducted by others
  • Oversee monthly bank and PSP reconciliation processes
  • Handle all statutory reporting, including statutory accounts, VAT, and other external reporting requirements
  • Participate in budget preparation and oversee its performance

  • Management Accounting:

    • Supervise the monthly management accounts process for multiple revenue centers across the group
    • Prepare variance and KPI reports for consolidation into a board pack

    • Treasury:

      • Ensure liquid funds in company accounts meet operational requirements

        Skills & Experience:

        
        

        • 35 years of experience with iGaminggambling, ecommerce, or a PSP multinational company
        • Proficiency with various accounting software
        • Group accounting and consolidation experience with a multinational company
        • Experience in preparing statutory accounts and corporation tax
        • Strong understanding of payroll rules and taxes in different European and offshore jurisdictions is advantageous
        • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

          Would be a plus:
          

          • ACAACCACIMA qualified or part qualified accountant
          • Previous supervisory or managerial experience
