About This Role:

The Bee Heat & AC is looking for an HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance and repairs to HVAC systems. You would be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems that control the temperature, humidity, and overall air quality in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Their expertise ensures that HVAC systems operate efficiently, providing comfort and safety to building occupants.

What You’ll Do

Installation: Interpret blueprints and building specifications to install new HVAC systems, including components. Ensure proper connection to fuel and water supply lines, air ducts, and other system components.
Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently. Tasks include cleaning, adjusting, and lubricating system components, as well as replacing filters and worn parts.
Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, replacing or repairing defective components such as thermostats, wiring, and fans. Ensure compliance with regulations regarding the handling and disposal of refrigerants and other hazardous materials.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to explain system issues, recommend solutions, and provide cost estimates. Offer guidance on system usage and energy efficiency practices.

We’d Love To Hear From You If You Have

2+ years of experience servicing HVAC systems
Knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus
Strong organization and attention to detail skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license

The pay for this position is $25/hour or more depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location, plus performance based incentives. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
