The Role: Delivery Consultant / Resourcer
Were seeking a Delivery Consultant to focus on the candidate side of the recruitment process. You'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and qualifying high-quality tech professionals across a variety of roles. You'll work remotely while collaborating closely with a supportive team, playing a key part in delivering top talent to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates across AI, data, cloud, and analytics using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools

  • Screen and qualify candidates to assess suitability for specific roles

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with active and passive candidates

  • Collaborate with team members to understand client needs and role requirements

  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and skills in demand

  • Maintain and grow a well-organised pipeline of tech talent

About You

  • 1-2 years of recruitment experience (ideally in tech, data, or digital markets)

  • Consistent work history showing reliability and commitment

  • Clear, confident communication skills with a professional and engaging manner

  • Proven record of achievement in work, academics, sports, or personal goals

  • Sales-oriented mindset and motivated by success metrics

  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to thrive in a remote role

  • Personable, resilient, and hardworking with a positive attitude
