About the Job

As a Quality Analyst at Aspire, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the highest standards of software quality. Your expertise in manual testing techniques and methodologies will be essential in ensuring a consistent and smooth experience for our users.

What you’ll do
  • Plan, design, and execute various testing types, ensuring their maintenance over time.
  • Adapt swiftly to new projects, fostering smooth integration within new teams.
  • Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop, update, and analyze data pertinent to quality engineering, ensuring best practices are adhered to.
  • Proactively identify, report, and track defects, offering support in error troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to enhance and direct QA initiatives.
  • Stay updated with and incorporate new testing tools to optimize and streamline the testing process.

    • What you’ll need
      • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
      • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
      • Comprehensive understanding of diverse testing methodologies.
      • Exceptional analytical skills, complemented by keen attention to detail.
      • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
      • Demonstrated proficiency in teamwork and an ability to think critically.
      • Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO SOC or similar
