The Role

As Command Center Technical Specialist you’ll be part of a team playing h24x7 remote services, responsible for monitoring and managing critical systems across the Enterprise. The Enterprise Command Center supports all of Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services major platforms and technologies, including several environment Unix, Linux, Windows, Citrix, VMWare, Database, Middleware ecc.

The ECC also perform Security & Compliance activities on systems and subsystems.

Who You Are

  • Fluent Italian
  • Good level of English
  • Availability to work shift hours on a 24x7x365 basis
  • Customer orientation, willingness to help, team-working oriented, problem determination and problem solving attitude
  • Appreciated technical experience (0-1 year) on infrastructure service management
  • Appreciated familiarity with batch monitoring and batch management on IBM TWS and BMC Control-M.
  • Knowledge of trouble ticketing systems (ServiceNow, IBM Maximo, GLPI)
