As the Country Manager, you will take on a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of SOTI’s offerings within the enterprise and government sectors. You will be responsible for building and executing a strategy to win new logos, establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, and drive sales. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective execution of solutions for our customers.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in successfully managing and growing a sales or country operation, including driving revenue and meeting business targets.
Ability to quickly learn and articulate key product concepts and present the value proposition to customers in a compelling and clear manner.
Proven success in developing and managing partner relationships, driving ongoing revenue results through strategic collaborations.
In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) or a comparable market space, including an understanding of competitors, industry trends, and related sectors.
Self-starter with proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment while managing multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with expertise in technical, contractual, and financial negotiations.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently, with a focus on driving sustainable business results.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
