We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst Sales Assistant with experience maintaining data integrity in CRM systems, building sales dashboards, and analyzing pipeline metrics (conversion rates, AOV, LTV). The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools, experience with territory reporting, win/loss analysis, and budget tracking, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. They should be highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable supporting FP&A and Sales leadership in driving data-driven decisions.

Qualifications
At least 2 years in a sales support, data analyst, or similar role
Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
Experience in sales operations, data tracking, and reporting
Familiar with dashboards and performance metrics (AOV, LTV, win/loss, margin)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Comfortable preparing weekly/monthly summaries and presentations
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
