With 170,000 associates across the globe, we are the team behind the best experiences for +750 of the world’s digital-first brands. Our innovative CX solutions, technology, and expertise are designed to support operational needs for our clients, and deliver a seamless experience to customers in the moments that matter.

About the role

We are seeking an innovative, detail-oriented, and driven Product Manager to lead the development and management of our enterprise-wide Data Lake product. You will play a vital role within our AI team, working to ensure the reliable, efficient, and compliant storage, integration, and access of data across the organization. This role does not require experience in large language models (LLMs), but it does require a solid foundation in data infrastructure, product management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap for the Data Lake platform: define vision, strategy, and feature priorities based on business objectives and user needs.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders across business, technical, data, and compliance teams to translate their needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
  • Manage the product life cycle from ideation, design, and development through to launch, adoption, and continual improvement, ensuring high availability and data security.
  • Coordinate with engineering, data architects, DevOps, and subject matter experts to deliver scalable and robust data solutions.
  • Organize sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure agile delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles, working to resolve them to keep the team on track.
  • Own and document the product development process; ensure compliance with data-related regulations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all Data Lake product-related topics, representing the product in meetings and presenting updates, metrics, and roadmaps to internal teams and stakeholders.
Skills and experience required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Strong background (5-10 years) as a software developer, data engineer, or cloud architect.
  • Proven track record in product management for data, cloud, or enterprise software products.
  • Proven track record of successfully deploying infrastructure products at entreprise level
  • Deep understanding of data lake concepts (e.g., data ingestion, storage, security, integration, governance, analytics).
  • Experience working with cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience with compliance or data protection (GDPR, etc.) is a plus.
