American Farm Bureau Insurance Services, Inc. (AFBIS, Inc.) is looking for a Crop Insurance Underwriting Manager to work out of our Fargo, North Dakota Office. This is a hybrid role working out of the Fargo office at least two days a week and one additional day within a two-week period and we will also consider experienced remote talent for this position in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Travel for this position will be around 35%.
The Crop Insurance Underwriting Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the underwriting department. This includes managing all underwriting activities, optimizing workflow efficiency, driving team performance, and leading training and development initiatives. The manager ensures that all deliverables and deadlines are consistently met. During peak periods, this role will also involve hands-on support with policy processing.

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $90,000. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
