Business Intelligence Analyst – Unisys (London, UK)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with supported functions and teams to understand business priorities, KPIs, and strategic goals.

• Apply established metrics, methods, and tools to analyze relevant datasets and generate actionable insights.

• Contribute to the development and delivery of business intelligence workstreams, including:

  • Revenue and marketplace analytics for designated product/process areas

  • Data synthesis and report generation

  • Development and management of Power BI reports and dashboards

• Produce financial and market insights by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports.

• Support standard, recurring, and ad hoc projects and analyses across business units.

• Assist in the development and enhancement of data pipelines, workflows, and queries based on large datasets.

• Identify data patterns and trends using established analytical methods across multiple information sources.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (in depth dashboard creation) and scripting tools (e.g., Power Query, VBA, Office Scripts).

• Strong experience with Power BI for report creation and dashboard management.

• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools.

• Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to complete a required security clearance
