FullTime Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Role – California

Our clinic welcomes a compassionate Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dynamic care team. Experience with therapeutic models like structural family, narrative, systems, transgenerational, or communication therapy is highly valued.

Position Details:

Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Fulltime

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually, with full benefits included.
Core Responsibilities:

Assess and document mood disorders, including symptoms’ duration and severity.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.

Provide education and support to clients and families about mental health conditions and treatments.

Regularly review progress and modify treatment approaches when necessary.

Maintain detailed records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Engage in team consultations, case reviews, and ongoing professional learning.

Champion mental health awareness and client needs in the community.

Requirements

Active LMFT license in California.

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Strong interpersonal skills to build effective client relationships.
