FullTime Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Role – California

Our clinic welcomes a compassionate Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dynamic care team. Experience with therapeutic models like structural family, narrative, systems, transgenerational, or communication therapy is highly valued.

Position Details:

  • Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Fulltime
    • Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually, with full benefits included.

      Core Responsibilities:

      • Assess and document mood disorders, including symptoms’ duration and severity.
      • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
      • Provide education and support to clients and families about mental health conditions and treatments.
      • Regularly review progress and modify treatment approaches when necessary.
      • Maintain detailed records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
      • Engage in team consultations, case reviews, and ongoing professional learning.
      • Champion mental health awareness and client needs in the community.
        • Requirements

          • Active LMFT license in California.
          • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
          • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective client relationships.
