Job description
Licensed Professional Counselor – Texas
A position is available for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide mental health counseling to individuals and families. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment plan development, individual and group therapy, and teamwork with a multidisciplinary staff.
Job Type: Fulltime
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $100,000 $110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored, evidencebased therapy to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Offer input on enhancing therapy practices and improving client experiences.
- Keep thorough and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
