What You'll Do

As an Art Supervisor, you’ll be a key creative force—taking projects from insight to execution with confidence, clarity, and flair.

Lead bold, strategic creative across digital, print, video, and multimedia platforms
Translate complex scientific and medical content into visually arresting, audience-ready creative
Collaborate closely with copywriters, medical scientific strategist, engagement experts, account teams, and clients to bring big ideas to life
Inspire and mentor junior creatives, helping to grow a high-performing, innovative art team
Stay on the pulse of digital design, motion graphics, and emerging tech, bringing fresh thinking to every project
Present ideas with clarity and conviction to clients, offering visual direction that aligns with brand strategy
Manage timelines, and production details to deliver on time and on brand
Contribute to an agency culture of curiosity, collaboration, and creativity

What You Bring

We’re looking for a creative who combines artistic talent with strategic thinking and a passion for healthcare innovation.

Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Extensive experience of agency or in-house design experience (healthcare/medical preferred)
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, PowerPoint, and other key design tools
Bonus points for proficiency in After Effects, motion graphics, and video editing
Strong understanding of branding, digital media, UX principles, and production workflows
Proven ability to mentor junior talent and lead by example
Sharp attention to detail, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple projects
Passion for translating science into standout visual stories

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. Compensation

$120,000—$130,000 USD
