About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Support Specialist to assist our Director of B2B Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce and wholesale operations and be capable of managing the day-to-day flow of order management and warehouse coordination with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize shared order trackers and documentation
Monitor and track order and shipment statuses; escalate any delays to the internal team
Process sample requests as needed
Assist with completion of retailer product information/specification forms
Enter and update orders across various internal tools (Google Sheets, WMS, NuORDER, ERP)
Send order confirmations to retailers and flag any inconsistencies
Coordinate with warehouse/3PL partners: request box dimensions, labels, packing slips, and shipping documents
Support invoice preparation and data consolidation (training will be provided)

Requirements

Qualifications:

3 + years of Admin Support experience
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Drive
Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
Experience with NuORDER and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams and time zones
Prior experience in wholesale, logistics, or supply chain operations is a plus
