Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support legal and compliance operations across corporate, regulatory, and contract-related matters. The role involves preparing documentation, reviewing contracts, maintaining legal records, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of corporate law, legal research, and documentation procedures, and is comfortable working in a regulated industry or global business environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation, review, and tracking of contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and compile summaries or memos related to regulations, jurisdictions, and internal policies.
  • Support the legal team in maintaining compliance documentation and monitoring regulatory deadlines.
  • Manage the organization and filing of legal documents, board resolutions, and corporate governance records.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary information for legal reviews or filings.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel and regulators on required submissions or inquiries.
  • Draft routine correspondence, legal forms, and templates under the direction of legal counsel.
  • Support internal audits, risk assessments, or due diligence activities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Law, or a related field; certification or coursework in paralegal studies is an advantage.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, preferably in a corporate, insurance, or regulatory setting.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology, corporate structures, and contract law.
  • Excellent research, writing, and documentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability for managing legal records and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and professional discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
