This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) to drive the design and delivery of conversational AI solutions within a leading insurance domain. You will work on an international project that leverages Cognigy, one of the leading platforms in conversational automation. While Cognigy experience is not mandatory, a solid grasp of software delivery, technical concepts, and agile methodologies is key.
You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment of requirements, user journeys, and technical implementation. Your role will be critical in shaping AIdriven contact center interactions that improve customer experience.
Lead the solution definition and delivery for Conversational AI use cases.
Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers, UX, and business analysts.
Prioritize backlogs and ensure efficient sprint planning and execution.
Review and validate conversational flows and intents for accuracy and functionality.
Drive product roadmap alignment with business goals and user feedback.
