The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
As a Digital Collision Customer Leader (m/f/*), you will be a part of a team developing the transition from a ‘product-centric’ sales organization to a digital-forward consultative selling organization. You will be leading the development of the internal sales organization to lead the commercialization and implementation of the new 3M RepairStack™ Performance Solutions platform, which addresses the top priorities for collision repair facility customers, enhances 3M channel partners’ cost-to-serve model, and ultimately contribute to 3M’s ongoing service of allied materials required to make safer repairs.
This role will be highly cross-functional and will require prioritization, execution, and a high level of collaboration to deliver results. In collaboration with the business, application engineering, 3M Design, and R&D software development team members, you will play a critical role in architecting, leading, developing & advancing the go-to market execution of the priority Digital Platform, and the development of tools and resources which will lift our entire sales organization.
